Join us for a deeply nourishing evening of Cacao, Restorative Yoga, and Sound event— a space to slow down, soften, and reconnect. This 90-minute workshop (5:30–7:00pm) will begin with ceremonial cacao, opening the heart and grounding the body. From there, you’ll be guided through gentle, supported restorative poses, followed by an immersive sound journey designed to calm the nervous system and invite deep rest. This is an opportunity to step away from the noise, be held in a safe and soothing space, and leave feeling relaxed, centred, and restored.

This hatha yoga class follows a thoughtfully created sequence of 26 postures and two breathing exercises performed in a warm room to encourage flexibility, detoxification and mindful endurance. All levels welcome - great class for beginners. Come ready to sweat, strengthen and recover.
